What sellers want to know before switching.
Do you deliver directly to Amazon FBA?
Yes. We prepare your goods fully to FBA specifications: labelling, packaging, delivery to the Amazon warehouses. Alternatively we ship directly to your end customers (FBM) or serve Kaufland and your own shop.
Can I combine sourcing and fulfilment?
That is exactly our core advantage: buying in China and fulfilment in Austria from one partner: one calculation, one interface, one contact. Both also work individually if you already have part covered.
How do I stay in stock during peak season?
Through forward planning: we monitor your inventory and trigger restocking from China in time. With around six weeks of sea freight, lead time is everything. We plan Q4 with you from summer onwards.
Do you handle returns too?
Yes. Intake, inspection, restocking or sorting out, including honest feedback on what is still sellable. Returns are part of the fulfilment, not an extra.
I’m just starting out, is this for me?
Especially then: starting with vetted sourcing and clean fulfilment avoids the expensive beginner mistakes (bad goods, suspended listings, shipping chaos). We tell you honestly whether your plan is viable.
What does fulfilment cost?
You pay per service: storage, pick & pack per shipment and shipping at our rates, plus one-off items such as FBA preparation. You receive a price list and a sample calculation for your assortment upfront; with combined sourcing we calculate buying and logistics in one go.
What happens if a shipment is lost or arrives damaged?
We document every inbound and outbound movement, settle transport damage with the carrier and report the case to you with photos. You never chase it yourself. For returns we inspect the goods and tell you honestly what is still sellable and what is not.
